Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) Blasted by Black Democrat for "Not Voting According To The Color Of His Skin"

Topics: Political News and commentaries

I missed this story a few days ago ... but wow, as the worn out saying goes (so often and so aptly applied to comments by Democrats), you just can't make this stuff up!

In yet another prime example of Democrats' non-tolerance and non-diversity' devout Dem racist Rep. James Clyburn (well known for ascribing the actions of his political and ideological adversaries to racism) blasted South Carolina Senator Tim Scott, who is also black (see above image), for not voting "according to the color of his skin."

Racism is alive and well in the Democrat Party. Though Democrats continue to pretend that the GOP is filled with bigots, the left is offered a pass for the horrendously inappropriate things they say and do.

When Nevada Democrat Harry Reid blasted Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy's use of the term "negro," the left golf-clapped along with Reid's tirade, forgetting that just a few short years ago, Reid marveled that President Obama did not have a 'negro dialect' unless he wanted to.

In a rant against lawmakers who oppose a gas tax hike to increase federal transportation spending, West Virginia Democrat Sen. Jay Rockefeller commented on Tuesday that Republicans were only against Obama's policies because of the color of his skin.
"It's an American characteristic that you don't do anything which displeases the voters, because you always have to get reelected here" Rockefeller said at a Senate Finance Committee. "I understand part of it. It has to do with -- for some, it's just we don't want anything good to happen under this president, because he's the wrong color."
And just when it seemed that Democrats had hit rock-bottom on their ridiculous rhetoric, Assistant Democratic Leader and apparent devout racist Rep. James Clyburn slammed South Carolina Senator Tim Scott, who is also black, for not voting according to the color of his skin.

In a Washington Post article discussing Sen. Scott, Rep. Clyburn complained,
"If you call progress electing a person with the pigmentation that he has, who votes against the interest and aspirations of 95 percent of the black people in South Carolina, then I guess that's progress."
Democrats, despite proselytizing the value of tolerance and diversity, remain in short supply of both on Capitol Hill. It is outrageous and sickening that this kind of language is shrugged off by Democrats. Imagine the (justifiable) outrage if a Republican had uttered such a repugnant remark!
