Pelosi Not Sure VA Scandal Actually A Scandal Yet

Topics: Political News and commentaries

No real surprise here, given that first of all this is coming from one of the two looniest and radically far-left members of the far-left Democratic Party (Harry Reed being the other), secondly, it's coming from a member of the party that blocked a bill in the senate that would make it easier to hold VA managers accountable, and thirdly it's coming from the party of a and incompetent president whose administration has been so steeped in scandals that the word 'scandalous' should be it's middle name. In addition to Benghazi, Fast and Furious, hacking of AP telephone records, and abuses by the IRS, EPA, and HHS (for starters), now there's the VA 'scandal' ... and yes Ms. Pelosi, it is indeed a scandal.

Via The Daily Caller:

[...] "Well, I think any time that our men and women in uniform are not served in the manner in which they deserve, you could perhaps call it a scandal because it's scandalous that they're not," Pelosi said in an interview that aired Monday with editor Ezra Klein.

"Whether it is a scandal with intention and all of that, the evidence remains to be seen," Pelosi said.

In other words, do anything and say anything to cover Obama's incompetence and disassociation from reality ... regardless of the cost to our veterans, four Americans in Benghazi, conservatives targeted by the IRS, or the people that died from Fast and Furious ... and still counting.

As Dem strategist Pat Caddell so aptly notes, we have a president that (edit - like his party) simply doesn't care about the VA scandal... and hasn't cared anything about it any more than he has cared about what happened at the IRS or anything else.
