And RNC rising star honoree Chelsi P. Henry makes it perfectly clear - she didn't become a black Republican ... she's always been one.

Although she had me at a young age and knew there would be struggles ahead, my mother chose life. For that I am forever grateful to her.
Given my background, I may be what some would view as an unlikely Republican. But I firmly believe in the ability of conservative principles and values to empower people to live better lives.
Chelsi isn't the only African American that's speaking out against the Democrats agenda and whose beliefs run counter to the liberal progressives politicians' narrative and that of race hustlers like Sharpton and Jackson, and their shills in the mainstream media.
As more and more African American conservatives speak out and African American voters become better informed voters, look to see the Democrat lock on the black vote begin to diminish. Yes, it's an uphill struggle, but by no means insurmountable.
