In regard to his Constitutional Amendment to make sure that Congress can't ever again write laws with provisions specific to lawmakers, he reminds them of what Martin Luther King said about what constitutes a 'just law':

"Martin Luther King wrote in the Letter From Birmingham Jail, he said that a just law is law that applies to everyone. It has to be binding on everyone and that if you exclude certain special interest groups from the law that's the exact definition of an unjust law. So I think this is an amendment that really everyone ought to be able to agree to."
What part of that is so hard for the lawmakers to understand or agree with. After all, they work for us, not the other way around.

Informative, entertaining, well worth watching.
