According to Rasmussen Reports, the number of U.S. voters who feel the country is heading in the right direction has fallen to 13% - the lowest level of the Obama presidency (where did Rasmussen find the 13% that believe we're headed in the right direction?).

That's down from 17% the week before and the lowest finding since the week of October 20-26, 2008, when George W. Bush was still president.

Eighty percent (80%) of voters now think the country is heading down the wrong track, up 17 points from two weeks ago and the highest level of pessimism since the week of August 6-11, 2011. From January 2009 until October 2012, belief that the country was on the wrong track ranged from 55% to 80%, but it tracked in the low 50s from just before Election Day until early December.

One has to wonder where Rasmussen found the 13% that think the country is headed in the right direction. Just what is it about the direction of the country that they could possibly see as positive? We're racing toward an entitlement society in which hard work and individual initiative is discouraged, our national debt currently stands at $16.9 trillion ( in reality the $16.9 trillion is a fraction of the total national debt of over $222 trillion in unfunded liabilities owed by our government ... and growing at the rate of $1.79 billion per day with unfunded liabilities growing at more than $5 trillion per year.), the country is more racially and politically divided than ever before, our religious and individual freedoms are under attack, our foreign policy is in shambles - we've lost the Middle East, our enemies no longer fear us, our allies no longer trust us, and we have a president that consistently exhibits spectacular failure in leadership in essentially everything. So where, pray tell, does one find 13% of U.S. voters that think all this has us heading in the right direction?

Such people bring new meaning to the term 'low information voters'.
