Census Shocker: U.S. Poverty Rate Spikes, Nearly 50 Million Americans Affected

As President Barack Obama is set to begin his second term, new statistics on America's poverty rate show that America's poverty numbers spiked last year and that nearly 50 million Americans, more than 16 percent of the population, are now struggling to survive.

Oh, and what populations are the most effected by Obamanomics?

If you guessed those most likely to have voted for Obama ... you'd be spot-on:

... Hispanics and people living in urban areas had a higher chance of struggling to make it financially. Poverty among full-time and part-time workers also saw a jump from its 2010 numbers.

... Black people saw a slight decrease in poverty, but still have a rate of 25.7 percent.

As sad as it is to say, the next four years that they voted for are surely to bring nothing but more of the same ... or worse. Simply put,
most of the sub-populations (i.e., youth, Hispanics, Blacks) who were Obama's biggist supports, will be the ones most harmed by his anti-growth agenda.

Welcome to midnight again in America.
