Video: Jeff Sessions On Fox: President's Policies Threaten The Middle Class
Topics: Political News and commentariesRanking Member Jeff Sessions (R-Al) appeared on Fox News' "America's News HQ" yesterday to discuss how President Obama's policies are hurting hardworking taxpayers, including on the issues of debt, energy, trade, and illegal immigration.
"This president needs to be speaking the real truth about the danger that debt and overspending and a bloated government is creating. How it is hammering the middle class ... I also believe he has a host of things he could do to help the middle class, which is being hammered and is being damaged today, that would not add to the debt, that would help America grow and prosper ... He is not creating lower cost, more American energy ... He continues to allow illegal immigrants to take jobs from Americans ... We need to stand up to China ... These are things that do not hurt the Treasury, do not cost money, but create real jobs for middle-class Americans."
