Obama, Media, and the Truth Deficit

The corrupt and compromised mainstream media has destroyed this country. The idea that a subversive and hostile demagogue like Obama could actually be president is the fault of an out of control media hell bent on 'transforming' America into yet another failed nation under socialism.I might not go so far as to say the mainstream media "has destroyed this country" ... yet (although it appears that it's well on its way), but it seems to me she's otherwise summed up the situation, as it exists today, rather nicely. And yes, as she goes on to point out, blogs do indeed play a crucial role in getting the truth out to the people, and the importance of blogs cannot be understated. Blogs are the infantry, the foot soldiers in the war for the truth to be heard.
Little wonder that BlogCon 2011 is going to be protested by #OccupyDenver ... they have the same desire to 'transform' America into another failed nation under socialism (and communism) that the MSM and Obama have, and the same need to distort facts and reality.
