Topics: Political News and commentariesIf Cain's 9-9-9 plan does morph to a new and improved 9-9-9 that has the 9% personal income tax, the 9% corporate income tax, and a 9% payroll tax instead of a 9% national sales tax, look to see it gain more support. On the down side, I'm not sure how, as Redstate points out, the Cain campaign explains the lack of candor on who the actual architects of his plan actually are (i.e. why didn't he tell the truth about the identity of his advisers?).
And then there's the problem that such a plan would ever get through both houses of Congress as long as one is controlled by liberal Democrats hell-bent to push their class-warfare, wealth-redistribution, Alinskyite agenda.
