CNN Poll Shows That Despite MSM And Democrats Slamming 'Cut, Cap and Balance,' 66% of Americans Want It
Topics: Political News and commentariesDespite the media and the Democrats having been busy persistently denouncing the Cut, Cap and Balance plan as Republicans "wasting time" with a "show" plan that has "no chance of passage," it's clear that the public aren't buying the media spin.
As NewsBusters reports, a CNN poll shows nearly 2/3rds of Americans favor that approach to tackling the national debt and balancing the budget, NewsBusters publisher Brent Bozell noted on the July 21 "Hannity" program:
Yet today, led by Harry Reid and against the will of the majority of the American people, the Senate shot down CCB by a vote of 51-46.
