Big Win For Immigration Enforcement

The Supreme Court has upheld Arizona's 2007 law requiring all employers to use the E-Verify system for checking new hires.

Although this isn't a ruling on the far more controversial immigration law working its way to the Supreme Court, it could be an important signal on how the Court will look at it when it gets before it.
