Today is Holy Saturday 2011, the day before Easter 2011, the final day of Holy Week 2011 and of the Triduum, the three days during which Christians celebrate Christ's Passion. It's a day of joy and sadness intermingled, and the close of the season of Lent and penance, and the beginning of paschal time, which is one of rejoicing.
