Sometimes you gotta laugh (or cry): Canada Takes Charge of American-Fought War As Canadian Government Falls

To be clear, the Obama administration is handing over the operations of the Libyan war, which American forces have been and still are involved in - not only to NATO but a Canadian general ... whose government just failed.
Is anyone in the WH actually awake?
