Fishwrap Times Claims Obama White House Barely Involved With Wisconsin Protests (Oops - WH proven to be lying)

Topics: Political News and commentaries

For today's jawdropper, according to the New York Times the WH wasn't consulted on the DNC's use of what is essentially Obama's organizing arm, Organizing For America (they were caught red-handed churning up the protests complete with phone banks, union thugs, social media - the works).

If you believe that the WH had no knowledge of this your're a gullible loon, and I've got some swampland in Florida that you're gonna love ... and I'll sell it cheap whether I own it or not.

After all, as Doug Ross points out, the NYT's report and the White House's claim have been proven to be outright fabrications. In fact Brad Woodhouse, the Democratic Party Communications Director, was spotted crowing about Obama's involvement as recently as Thursday.

And Ross also points out, Obama's political wing -- an extension of the SEIU, it would appear -- is still hawking the protests. According to Politico's Ben Smith, it has published at least 54 tweets promoting the rallies.

In other words, we have a president and his administration that not only is deeply invloved with getting all their political chronies to travel from all over the country to protest in Wisconsin, not to mention other states ... in support of the unions that have bought and paid for the president's party ... but are also willing to lie to the American people about their involvement.

As Jennifer Rubin notes in her piece at the WaPo today, Why do they misbehave?, President Obama, by aligning himself with those forces, has taken off his chief executive hat and donned the robes of a community activist. It is unseemly and inappropriate. The country is watching. Voters are not blind to the sight of their elected president and his political organization throwing their lot in with the mob.

And as Matt Welch asked a few days ago ... Is This How a President Should Act?
