NYT: Stuxnet is a joint U.S./Israeli project -- ordered by Bush

Meanwhile, Hamid Khadem Qaemi, spokesman and managing director of the public relations of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization has categorically rejected what he refers to as "rumors" about negative impacts of Stuxnet worm on Iran nuclear facilities. However, one can't help but notice he doesn't explain the delays in Iran's nuclear program that were targeted by Stuxnet.
