Re: Obama's pro-union, anti-business, NLRB

Over at Redstate:
On Tuesday, President Obama's union-controlled National Labor Relations Board helped to increase the President's anti-business bonafides by issuing a rather shocking press release that has the business community all abuzz.Read it all ...The NLRB, the agency that governs private-sector, union-employer relations would like all employers, large and small, under its jurisdiction to post notices for employees that inform them of their rights to unionize.
Following the 60-day public comment period (see below), if the rule is adopted, an employer's failure to post the NLRB notice would constitute an unfair labor practice charge.
As the far-left, Marxist, People's World reported back in March when Barack Obama used recess appointments to put labor lawyers Craig Becker and Mark Pearce on the National Labor Relations Board, Republicans had blocked the NLRB nominations on grounds that the appointments would result in the board pushing a radical pro-union agenda. Clearly, the Republicans have been proven right and this latest NLRB action is an example of exactly what the GOP predicted would happen should Becker and Pearce by appointed to the NLRB. President Obama can claim otherwise all he wants, but facts prove that this radically far-left, pro-union, anti-business president is using the now fully politicized pro-union NLRB to push what can best be summed up as a radical union/anti-business agenda.
