Topics: Political News and commentariesGiven decisions such as this, one can only slack-jawingly wonder if reason and common sense matter anymore.
As Steve Gilbert points out at the link, we have an administration that refuses to deport illegal aliens unless they commit felons, yet the 9th Circuit (and apparently Congress) apparently believes we can rely on the administration to press perjury charges against people who are caught (by what means could only be considered a mystery) lying about their legal status when they vote.
