Public Financing For the "Ground Zero" Mosque?

What odds would you give for a Synagogue or Catholic Church receiving public financing?
Tiny St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church that had been located directly in front of the second tower, at 155 Cedar St. was destroyed in the collapse of the World Trade Center on 9/11 and it can't even get permission from the Port Authority to be rebuilt, much less get public financing to do it with. Yet Muslim-appeaser Mayor Michael Bloomberg would have his Democratic crony comptroller John Liu consider funding an 'effing' mosque two blocks from ground zero?
