Getting Timely Ballots to Troops Not a Priority For Obama's DOJ
Topics: Political News and commentariesSimply put, it appears that Obama's DOJ just doesn't give a damn about the troops voting, and is busying itself with issuing waivers to states so that they can avoid complying with certain guidelines assuring that ballots be on their way to the Military 45 days before elections day.
This flies in the face of a statute that "does not create any discretion for the Executive Branch to decide whether or not to enforce its legal requirements," but when has the Obama administration ever been concerned about over-reach and choosing which laws it will and will not follow!
