Mondoreb has an interesting piece over at DBKP discussing Barack Obama's obsession with controlling the Internet - just one of the many power grabs in Obama's multi-faceted attacks on our freedoms - assisted by the Pelosi-Reid Axis in Congress (except when the administration deems it necessary to bypass Congress). Mondoreb begins by pointing to an Investor's Business Daily article that lays out the many power grabs and dangerous practices of our current president, and goes on to briefly discuss the challenges that the American people face in undoing the damage that Obama and his cronies will have caused between the time he came into office and the time America is finally rid of him.

Here's a few excerpts to pique your interest: Washington DC's failures are many, exacerbating an US vs. THEM divide in America:

The Internet is a large-scale version of the "Committees of Correspondence" that led to the first American Revolution -- and with Washington's failings now so obvious and awful, it may lead to another.

People are asking "Is the government doing us more harm than good? Should we change what it does and the way it does it"

Perhaps the first sentence above reveals this administration's obsession with controlling the Internet, which has lead to a two-pronged attack by both the FTC and FCC?

The authors lay out the offenses of President Obama -- aided and abetted at times by the Pelosi-Reid Axis in Congress - but bypassing Congress when the administration deems necessary.

What about if voters turn out the Democrats in Congress in November? Won't that set things right?

Christian and Robbins point out the realities.

A President Obama intent on achieving his transformative goals despite the disagreement of the American people has powerful weapons within reach. In one hand, he will have a veto pen to stop a new Republican Congress from repealing ObamaCare and the Dodd-Frank takeover of banks.

In the other, he will have a fistful of executive orders, regulations and Obama-made fiats that have the force of law.

Despite the IBD headline, the article makes no mention of revolution - or even hint at it. However, that doesn't mean Obama gets off lightly.

One point in the summary: "A wounded rampaging president can do much damage -- and, like Caesar, the evil he does will live long after he leaves office, whenever that may be."

Which is the primary reason that weak-kneed Republicans of ever-shifting principles need not apply for leadership positions. It is reaching the point where Americans want the effects of an Imperial federal government's overreach rolled back.
