It's called the Spot-and-Shoot Game:
The female soldiers in the image, located far away from the Gaza border in an operations room, are responsible for aiming and firing remote-controlled machine-guns mounted on watch-towers every few hundred metres along an electronic fence that surrounds Gaza.
I hate to sound insensitive to the feelings, self esteem, and physical well-being of the illegal aliens, drug smugglers, gangsters, and Muslim terrorists flooding across our southern border, however ... the "game" does provide an innovative way of controlling a border.
