Obama regime now calling Jerusalem 'al-Quds' (Video)

Topics: Political News and commentaries

images1-vi.jpgIn what amounts to nothing less than a 'stab in the back' to Israel, top Obama regime advisor John Brennan (who thinks there are "moderate" Hezbollah Islamofacists) talks about his love for "al-Quds" (the Islamists name for Jerusalem), and in Arabic, he prays to Allah saying, ""Inshallah (God willing), I will study Arabic for the second time." He goes so far as to praise the Middle East for the freedom to practice your faith (ignoring the fact that faiths other than Islam are essentially banned or greatly discriminated against).

The entire speech is nothing less than sickening pandering to and glorifying Islamists. The al-Quds remark happens around 3:29. (H/t - Bare Naked Islam):

He calls Islam a faith of "peace and tolerance"? Apparently he's somehow far removed from the everyday instances of Islamic violence around the world.

For the uninformed, "al-Quds" is the terminology routinely used by Islamist terror groups to rally the faithful. There is even a group called al-Quds Brigades (in Arabic, Saraya al-Quds) that is the armed wing of the Palestinian Islamist organization Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ). So Brennan's reference to Jerusalem as a name used by enemies of Israel is especially harmful.

Transcript from Gateway Pundit:

"I did spend time with classmates at the American University in Cairo in the 1970's. And, time spent with classmates from Egypt, Jordan, Palestine from around the world who taught me that whatever our differences in nationality, or race, or religion, or language, there are certain aspirations that we all share. To get an education. To provide for our family. To practice our faith freely (sic). To live in peace and security. And in a 25 year career in government, I was privileged to serve in positions across the Middle East... In Saudi Arabia, I saw how our Saudi partners fulfilled their duty as custodians of the two holy mosques at Mecca and Medina. I marveled at the majesty of the Hajj and the devotion of those who fulfilled their duty as Muslims by making that pilgrimage. And, in all my travels the city I have come to love most is al-Quds, Jerusalem where three great faiths come together.
