A Couple Of Questions About Kagen

Topics: Political News and commentaries

elena-kagan-orange.jpgPresident Barack Obama formally nominated Solicitor General Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court today, and praised her as a "trailblazing leader" in the legal realm.

So, just what does Barack Obama mean by "trailblazing"? I thought justices were suppose to pass judgement based upon the laws of the land - including it's Constitution? Is it Barack Obama's intent to see this now changed?

Could her nomination have something to do with her being a pro-abortion activist as LifeNews.com suggests?

And since we're already well familiar with Obama's pro-gay agenda, does Kagen's nomination have anything to do with her being a lesbian as AFTH suggests (remember, gay marriage is sure to be on the SCOTUS agenda)? (Even CBS posited such is the case yet succumbed to pressure from the White House to yank their story)

And finally, does this president even know any "normal" people - those that don't have some kind of "out-of-the-mainstream," leftist, agenda and/or ideologies?
