Is the AFL-CIO Getting Federal Dollars to Support Obamacare?

Topics: Political News and commentaries

Looks like the AFL-CIO is getting federal money to support a health care bill that "screws it workers":

If you look on page 29, you will find that Congress funneled $28,475,408.00 to the AFL-CIO through the ACILS for the year in 2008. And I suspect if you dig around you are going to find that the AFL-CIO now stands to get more money.
I don't know what's worse, the fact that taxpayer dollars are going to union leadership to support the president's agenda or that the union leadership have sold out the interests of their members in order to support the president's agenda in exchange for those taxpayer dollars.
