Jane Norton's hard-hitting ad takes aim at Barack Obama
Topics:Barack Obama went on the road in Colorado today to do three fundraisers for his loyal ally, appointed Senator Michael Bennet. When Air Force One touched down, he was greeted by TV ads from GOP Senate candidate Jane Norton that lays down this hare-hitting message (Ht/t - Jeri Thompson):
"As a candidate, you came to Denver and promised to go through the federal budget, eliminating programs that no longer work," ... "You've done just the oppoisite -- massive spending and debt. It's ruining our economy, and it's wrong.""Mr. President, you should promise to balance the budget, or else decline to seek reelection. That would be change we can believe in."
That's what I call "telling it like it is."
