Olbermann 'beyond satarizing'

Topics: Political News and commentaries

Peter Wehner points to the Jon Stewart mocking of MSNBC's Keith Olbermann over Olbermann's outlandish, over-the-top (even for MSNBC) comments on Scott Brown:

Stewart is clever and funny, as he usually is; but what is most revealing is that Stewart, in attempting to lampoon Olbermann, comes across as far more sane and balanced than Olbermann does in real life. It's official, then: Keith Olbermann is now beyond satirizing. He has entered territory where almost no man has gone before. And he's all yours, MSNBC.
Little wonder that Olbarmann's 'Countdown' has roughly 1/4th the number of viewers of Fox News' 'The O'Reilly Factor.'
