Seems Like a Reasonable Question

Dan suggests that some might not think it very smart at all. However, let's not forget that we're living in an Obama world, in which rational thinking and clear logic apparently have no place in decision making - else the idea would never have been considered in the first place. It doesn't make sense now, and it didn't even before the the Yemeni-trained Nigerian jihadist tried to blow up flight 253 on Christmas day.
