Rasmussen Passion Index: Obama Approval Tanks to -21
Topics:According to Rasmussen's latest presidential tracking poll, twenty five percent (25%) of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President.Forty-six percent (46%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -21.
This is the lowest Approval Index rating yet recorded for this President.
Overall, 44% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President's performance. Fifty-six percent (56%) now disapprove.Obamacare is fairing no better than Obama himself. Yesterday, Rasmussen reported that the latest Rasmussen Reports weekly tracking update shows that only 41% of voters nationwide favor the Senate health-care bill and 55% are opposed. These figures are essentially unchanged from a week ago, and this is the fifth straight week with support for the legislation between just 38% and 41%.Seventy-seven percent (77%) of Democrats approve while 88% of Republicans and 62% of unaffiliated voters disapprove.
