Googlegate on Climategate?

Topics: Global Warming, Political News and commentaries

James Delingpole, writing at the Telegraph, wants to know what's going on at Google. It seems that Google was burying search results for Christopher Booker's excellent article from last Saturday, Climate change: this is the worst scientific scandal of our generation (Google has since placed the Telegraph article in the #1 spot). According to Delingpole, it is actually "the most-read article of the Telegraph's entire online operation."

Now it appears that Bing is doing the same thing. And as JDamn quips at Astute Bloggers, we should have known to expect this from Google. After all, "Microsoft is in cahoots with NBC, which is more interested in indoctrinating people in leftism than actually covering the news."

And who can blame them? Uncle Sam was happy to fork over $11 billion and a military monopoly to GE just for being sycophantic toward statists and toeing the Marxist party line.
Very appropriate, indeed.

Meanwhile, the liberal-progressive, so-called "mainstream media," is no better. As Noel Sheppard notes at NewsBusters, it took CNN six days to notice the growing international scandal known as Climategate, and when it finally reported on the matter, it predictably did so by downplaying the significance.
