Video: Dont Copy Europes Mistakes: Less Government Is the Right Way to Fix Healthcare

In the video, Eline van den Broek explains that government interference is driving up health care costs in America and warns that European style health "reform" will make the situation even worse. Based on what has happened in Europe, she explains that universal health coverage is not the same as universal health care, that insurance mandates mean more government control, and that price controls simply do not work:
"American policymakers should not look to European health-care solutions for answers, or attempt to duplicate them. If government is the main cause of the current problems of health care, why would you think that more government is the solution?"
