Yet now his administration is all the rights and privileges of American citizens. As Rudy Giuliani said on Sunday, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed does not deserve the legal rights that a New York trial in a civilian court offers and Obama "is getting away from the fact that we're at war."

However, therein lies the problem. Obama is unable to utter the words "Islamic terrorism" and has traded in the "War on Terror" for his new war - the war on capitalism.
