Three Envelopes

It's an old Soviet joke. Stalin gave Khrushchev three envelopes. In the Barack Obama version, there are 50 or so, and by Krauthammer's calculations, Obama has already burned through at least 49.
The joke is applicable in more ways than one. We are, after all, talking about a president that some would consider a Stalinist, or at the very least one that employs Stalinist tactics.
