Report: 9/11 Terror Detainees Face Trial in N.Y.

Topics: Political News and commentaries

The AP reports that, according to an Obama administration official, self-proclaimed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees will be sent to New York to face trial in a civilian federal court there. In other words, the Obama administration has decided to give the Muslim terrorists accused of orchestrating the attacks that killed 2,973 people on Sept. 11, 2001 the legal rights of U.S. citizens.

As the families of 9/11 victims said in a letter supporting Senator Lindsey (the RINO) Graham that would "prohibit the use of funds for the prosecution in Article III courts of the United States of individuals involved in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks" - "Military commissions are preferable because civilian trials in the U.S. would inappropriately allow the suspects a wide range of legal rights common to the American legal system, providing them "with the very rights that may make it possible for them to escape the justice which they so richly deserve." However, as usual, the Obama administration cares more about the rights of Muslim terrorists than those of American citizens.

And lets not overlook the matter of Eric Holder's hidden agenda ...
