Holder's KSM decision
Topics: Political News and commentariesAs Scott and Paul Mirengoff note, via Hot Air, Eric Holder spends a lot of time in which he claims to explain the decision, and says nothing at all about how he reached it.
The take home message is simple: Holder can't provide an other than egregious explanation for his choosing to try KSM in civilian court because there is no acceptable explanation. It's entirely political.
