WSJ: Authors of the 2007 Iran NIE have some explaining to do

Looking at what we now know about that 2007 NIE report, it appears that the NIE's politically skewed "estimate" of Iran's nuclear weapon development was manipulated to suit the convenience of a small group of the Administration's internal critics on the left, intent on getting their way against the better judgment of their colleagues.

And as this WSJ opinion piece suggests, based on the many contradictions between what the report said and the reality of what they had to know at the time, the authors of the 2007 Iran NIE have some explaining to do.
