Incredibly, Democrats Vote To Give ACORN Regulatory Authority Over Financial Institutions

Topics: Political News and commentaries

In what amounts to an incredible degree of political irresponsibility, Democrats on the House Financial Services Committee have voted to pass an amendment offered by Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) that will make ACORN eligible to play a role in setting regulations for financial institutions.

Obviously, the Dems have no intentions of permanently defunding one of their favorite get-out-the-fraudulent-vote organizations. And what reasonable, logical, responsible person would give ACORN authority over our financial institutions!

Oh wait, we're talking about liberal Democrats here. That pretty well says it all.
