Remember, this is humor and not meant to imply the way Obamacare would actually handle our care near the end of our life - Obamacare wouldn't use the wagons.
By the way, just like the "King" in the video, Obama runs along without getting the sh*t all over him. He lets others (like the SEIU) do his bidding.
