Glenn Beck On The Coming Death Of Talk Radio
Topics: Political News and commentariesCall it the new and improved Fairness Doctrine, Obama's attack on free speech and talk radio. In this video Glenn Beck talks with Media Research Center's Seton Motley about Obama's new FCC Diversity Czar [Chief Diversity Officer], Mark Lloyd. who wants to require privately owned radio stations to pay a tax equal to their operating costs each year. That money would then be given to publicly funded stations (like PBS or NPR). Private radio stations, in essense, would be paying to fund the competition, not that they could survive this tax anyway (Hat tip - Stand Like A Rock).
