CNN Anchor Don Lemon Fact-checked Over Weekend By African Journalist

For what Michelle Malkin refers to as "a Monday morning snort-sntart," check out this video via Newsbusters - of African journalist Nkepile Mabuse fact-checking anchor Don Lemon over the weekend. Noticeably, Lemon knows he's been factchecked after Mabuse rejected his Obama-fawning suggestion that President Obama's warm welcome was somehow "unprecedented."

Fact-checking moment:

Lemon: "I was watching you yesterday on The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer when President Obama was arriving and they were doing the dancing and all the people who were running up to him ... for a Western leader ... I know when Presidents come over there they are usually warmly received, but for a Western leader, have you ever seen anything like this? Is this unprecedented?"

Mabuse: "It's not unprecedented. When President Bush was here you will remember in February there were people who were drumming, there were dancers and President Bush joined some of them."

As Moe Lane suggests, it appears that Nkepile Mabuse rather enjoyed making CNN talking head Don Lemon look like an idiot.
