If this Saudi inventor has his way, people who illegally overstay their visas would be killed by an instant death chip - 'Killer Chip' tracks humans, releases poison:

The tiny semiconductor device is intended to be surgically implanted or injected into the body, according to the patent application, for the purpose of tracking visitors from other nations by global-positioning satellites and preventing them from overstaying their visas.
You really can't make this stuff up. Who but an Islamist would even consider such a lunatic idea. The tracking aspect is one thing, but the killing aspect goes beyond the pale.
