Sarkozy dismisses Obama as "unsubstantial"
Topics: Political News and commentariesThe White House claims that Barack Obama set the stage for more respect and cooperation from European allies, however, Nicolas Sarkozy is completely unimpressed, and says that Obama is "insubstantial."
And judging by the difference between Obama's claims and the facts as explained by Sarkozy, Obama was more an embarrassment to the U.S. on his European tour, than an achiever.
