Last week, the U.S. Census Bureau released a collection of data from its 2008 Current Population Survey. Here is one particularly arresting statistic: In 2008, only 38 percent of black children lived with two parents, compared to 85 percent of Asian children, 78 percent of non-Hispanic white children, and 70 percent of Hispanic children.Message to Obama and the Democratic Congress: And you expect reinstituting the welfare culture with Obama's welfare redistribution policies to do what for Black families?
