Barack Obama's first judicial pick is in no way a moderate
Topics: Political News and commentariesWould you call a fundraiser for ACORN and vice president for litigation and board member at the Indiana ACLU, who subsequently becoming a judge who held up an abortion waiting period and was firmly rapped by the Circuit he is nominated to join, a "moderate"?
I don't think so. This guy is certainly no moderate, regardless of what the media calls him.
