Rasmussen: '69% of America's voters lack confidence that Congress knows what it is doing when it comes to addressing the country's current economic problems'
Topics: Political News and commentariesAnd according to Rasmussen, 58% of U.S. voters say most members of Congress will not understand what is in the plan before they vote on it.
My only surprise here is that the 69% and the 58% are not much higher.
