Princeton Physicist Calls Global Warming Science 'Mistaken' (Updated)
Topics: Global WarmingFired by Al Gore because he testified before Congress that the scientific data didn't support widespread fears about the dangers of the ozone hole and global warming, noted energy expert and Princeton physicist Dr. Will Happer has sharply criticized global warming alarmism. Author of over 200 scientific papers and a past director of energy research at the Department of Energy, Happer calls fears over global warming "mistaken" and says that "Computer models used to generate frightening scenarios from increasing levels of carbon dioxide have scant credibility."
Although I can't speak to Happer's credibility as a scientist, the fact that there's snow on the beaches at Malibou is a sure fire indicator that the earth is not getting warmer. And as a matter of fact, according to the National Climatic Data Center, 2008 will be America's coldest year since 1997 and global cooling is becoming more widely recognized.
Sorry, Al, but the world is waking up to your con. Related: Whatever Happened to Global Warming? - Because we could sure use some of it right about now.
