In a continuation of the Denofrio v. Wells case, it was actually referred to conference by the full Court, not just Justice Clarence Thomas, and SCOTUS will consider tomorrow whether to take up Leo C. Denofrio's lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship. More at DBKP ...
My own take is that Obama was not born in the U.S. (his own grandmother and other members of his family in Kenya have said that he wasn't) and that his COLB from Hawaii isn't worth didley squat. However, SCOTUS, Congress, and the media will look the other way so as not to undo the sham that Obama and the left wing of the Democratic Party pulled off on America.
