On November 4, 2008 just hours after the presidential election victory of Barack H. Obama, thousands of Philadelphians streamed into the streets to cheer for their champion. Legions of Obama supporters formed iron ranks mostly of joy but when one man dared to have a differing opinion by wearing a McCain/Palin '08 t-shirt police officers threatened him with arrest and eventually did so without just cause.

The scary thing is that not a single Obama supporter seemed to object. They're cool with simply rounding up the opposition and locking them away.
