Politico misses boat on crowd 'anger' at McPain-Palin rallies
Topics: Political News and commentariesLike the skipper of a row boat being run over by a giant ship in the night, Politico's Jonathan Martin is apparently in the dark and blind to reality regarding what's behind what he refers to as "the sort of visceral anger and unease that reflects a party on the precipice of panic." What Martin fails to realize in his article is that the crowds' "anger and frustration" or any "unmistakable momentum behind Barack Obama's campaign" (in the words of either an in-the-Obama-tank Martin or a very naive Martin) is not out of desperation but from anger at a media that is deeply in the tank for Barack Obama and that continues to make as much an effort to hide the truth about Obama from the American public as has Obama himself.
And as for Martin's perceived "unmistakable momentum behind Barack Obama's campaign," perhaps he might want to rethink that highly misinformed perception, because I'm not buying it.

Indeed! Obama repeated his confrontational (so much for uniting the country!) admonition to his followers in a rally a couple of days ago in Elko, Nevada, where he said, quote:
"I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors. I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face."
Michael Barone commented on his must-read piece on Town hall.com: "The Coming of The Obama Thugocracy" (as in thugs) how Obama (true to his underlying Marxist totalitarian principles?) and his leftist supporters not only "get in your face" but will not abide the least "dissent" or questioning of their "Marxist Führer" and are actively bullying, threatening, and coercing all opposition or denouncements of Obama, some of them even abusing the prosecutorial powers of their offices to threaten legal action against anyone who dares print or air anything that would be deemed derogatory of their black demi-god. Is this a chilling preview of the "censorship to come" under an Obama Administration? The practice of suppressing "anti-revolutionary" dissent is true to form to all Leftist regimes of the past. The realization of the budding similarities should be a very sobering reminder to all of us!
Let us not forget how many totalitarian regimes of the past, that then became the woe of humanity, were shoed-in to power by populist fiat in "popular elections." Let us not make the same mistake in our indolent banality and fickleness! Remember Hitler was elected by the humiliated, desperate, misguided, German people in 1933, and what heinous legacy that has left not only Germany, but the rest of the world!
