I have a special reason for pointing Michelle's piece out because I have seen this very thing happen with my own eyes and ears at the St Joseph's Hospital MedCenter at John Knox Village in Tampa, Florida, where I have seen an Obama activist, wearing an "Obama 08" pin on his shirt, work the halls and courtyard as a "MedCenter volunteer" and heard "out of their mind" elderly patients muttering "Barack Obama" as I went down the hall to see a relative.
