McCain will support earmark-stuffed 'Senate Crap Sandwich'

Topics: Political News and commentaries

Michelle Malkin has been listening to McCain his economic speech in Independence, Missouri and it appears that he will support what Michelle refers to as an "earmark-stuffed Senate Crap Sandwich." So whatever happened to McCain's contempt and battle against earmarks - you know - the ones that he couldn't stop talking about for the first half of the last week's first presidential debate when he took out his pen and made a big show that he would never support earmarks?

Is McCain now walking in lockstep with the liberal Democrats? If so, what in the hell does it matter who we vote for then?

In my humble opinion, you can mark the day that McCain votes yes on the bailout bill (and it is indeed a bailout bill for far left liberalism that ignored the fact that if you buy a house you have to pay for it - that put us in this mess in the first place) - as the day that John McCain lost the support of much of his base and in turn - the election.
